I am a licensed and experienced clinical social worker who has successfully assisted clients in a variety of settings. For the last 15 years, I have worked with adults through an Employee Assistance Program in which I have effectively helped clients and their family members navigate mental health and substance use concerns, as well as work stressors and work-life balance. Throughout my career thus far, I have provided clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, emerging adults, adults, and older adults.

I strongly believe that you, the client, know yourself the best and would like to work with you in a collaborative fashion to meet your life goals. I see each client as a whole person that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. I use an eclectic approach in my work, with a strong focus on mindfulness-based treatment.
We can work collaboratively to address issues such as, but not limited to, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, coping with medical issues, women’s issues, changing core negative beliefs, and substance abuse. I can help you identify social supports and things that bring you joy that will aid in your overall health and well-being. I am passionate about assisting you prioritize your own wellness.
